ABOUT US:

https://www.theummatispk.store/ is a family-oriented business. The motivation behind our business was to provide affordable modest clothing to our community and using our entrepreneurial and motivational skills at the right place to give ourselves financial support

We officially launched in February of 2021 and Alhamdulillah we are working on the needs of our community while keeping modesty in mind and not compromising on quality.


OUR PRODUCTS:

We use finest fabrics and materials to design uniquely handcrafted pieces that are made to last. All of our styles are designed keeping modesty in mind. Our styles provide loose fit and good coverage to cater the needs of Muslimah sisters. We offer a variety of Hijabs, Abayas and Hijab Accessories.

SHIPPING

 Dispatch Times

All items are dispatched within 24 hrs. of order placement.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping in Pakistan over Rs 2500/-. free shipping does not apply on discounted bundles flat rate shipping is Rs 200/- for all cities

Delivery:

All items are delivered to the end customer within 5-7 working days. The rider will call for address confirmation before delivering. We request our customers to keep the given phone number active to avoid any problems.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE:


Are you Unsatisfied with your purchase?

At The Ummatis, we value our customers and  are dedicated to providing the best possible service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase, to arrange a return and refund. The item must be returned within 10 days after you receive them. No returns will be accepted after this time frame.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All items being returned must still be in brand new, unwashed, unworn, and un-perfumed condition with original tags still attached.
  • The original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Clearance and sale items are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be made for worn or damaged items.
  • The company will not cover delivery expenses for product returns, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
  • Customers are responsible for any delivery costs associated with returns/exchanges due to personal preferences or other problems

Item arrived damaged/faulty:

We make sure that the item doesn't have any fault before we dispatch every order so there is a  very less possibility of any major fault. However, if you still receive items that are faulty then please contact us as soon as you become aware of the fault or within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will assist you to arrange a return and refund.
Customer will be refunded back delivery cost after we receive the returned item .please keep proof of shipping cost

If the items are returned back with clear wear/tear, perfume, makeup/skincare residue we cannot issue a full refund, and a member of staff will assess the value to be deducted based on severity and dry cleaning costs the issue will incur. If the item is returned damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund and you will be given an option to collect or pay for the postage back to yourself.

We do not return or exchange based on slight difference in color.

Refund Duration

If the product has been returned in its original condition and is accepted for a refund we will then process the Refund. This may take up to 10 days depending on the nature of the return.
