Exchanges & Returns

Are you unsatisfied with your purchase?

At theummatispk.store, we value our customers and are committed to providing the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be accepted after this period.
  • Items must be in brand new, unwashed, unworn, and un-perfumed condition.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance and sale items are not eligible for refund.
  • Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items

We thoroughly check each item before dispatch, but in the rare case you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. If approved, a return and refund will be arranged.
Delivery cost will be refunded once we receive the returned item—please keep proof of shipping cost.

If returned items show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or residue, it can't be refunded
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for damaged returns. In that case, you will be given the option to collect the item or pay for return postage.

Note: We do not offer refunds due to minor colour differences from display images.

Refund Duration

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that meet the same conditions listed under our Refund Policy. Please review those conditions carefully before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  2. Once we review your request and confirm that your item qualifies for exchange, we will share the return address with you.
  3. You will be required to send the items back to us at your own expense.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will check if they meet our return conditions.
  5. If approved, we will dispatch the exchanged products to you.

Please note that delivery costs are not covered by the company for exchanges, and must be paid by the customer.
